1. Platform Ownership

The Platform is owned and operated by TALKINASTRO OCCULT SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, having its registered office at:

5. Payments, Pricing & PhonePe Gateway

  • All payments made on the Platform are processed securely through authorized third-party payment gateways, including PhonePe.

  • The Company does not store or process card, UPI, or wallet details directly.

  • Prices for services are displayed clearly before payment.

  • By initiating a payment, you authorize the Company and its payment partners to process the transaction.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Refunds, if applicable, shall be processed strictly as per the Refund Policy displayed on the Platform.

  • Once a service is delivered or partially consumed, refunds may not be applicable.

  • Refund timelines are subject to payment gateway and banking regulations.

  • The Company shall not be responsible for delays caused by banks or payment service providers.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, software, and design, is the exclusive property of the Company.

  • Users are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the Platform for personal use only.

  • Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution of Platform content is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose

  • Violate applicable laws or regulations

10. Limitation of Liability

  • The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

  • Liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid by the user for the specific service in dispute.

  • The Company shall not be responsible for service interruptions caused by technical issues, force majeure events, or third-party failures.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its directors, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising due to:

  • Violation of these Terms

  • Misuse of the Platform

  • Breach of applicable laws

12. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, network failures, or technical disruptions.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Sirathu, Uttar Pradesh.
