1. Shipping Method
Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or India Post (Speed Post) only.
All shipments are handled in accordance with the norms and timelines prescribed by the respective courier or postal authorities.


2. Shipping Timeline

Orders are generally dispatched within 5 working days from the date of order placement and/or successful payment.
In certain cases, delivery may be made as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.
Delivery timelines are subject to factors beyond the control of the Platform Owner, including courier partner delays, weather conditions, or operational issues.


3. Delivery Responsibility
The Platform Owner shall not be liable for any delay in delivery caused by the courier company or postal authority.
Delivery of all physical orders will be made to the shipping address provided by the user at the time of purchase.
Users are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address and contact details are accurate and complete.


4. Service Delivery Confirmation
For services or non-physical products, delivery or completion of the service will be confirmed via email to the registered email ID provided during account registration. Ordered product will be delivered with in 5 to 10 days.


5. Shipping Charges
Any shipping or delivery charges levied by the seller or the Platform Owner, if applicable, will be clearly communicated at the time of checkout.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, even in cases of return, cancellation, or refund of the product or service.


6. Failed or Incomplete Delivery

  • In case of failed delivery due to incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept delivery, any additional re-shipping costs may be borne by the user.

  • The Platform Owner reserves the right to cancel the order in such cases, subject to applicable deductions.
